Focus on Efficiency goes beyond traditional project management and emphasizes making a concerted effort to utilize your limited resources to the best possible advantage to accomplish your mission. If you're new to this idea, please read the Introduction page to get started.

Focus on Efficiency is based on Project Management; Lean Six Sigma; Benefits Management research, processes, tools and techniques developed and presented by John Ward, et al. at Cranfield University School of Management (many of which can be found in the book Benefits Management: Delivering Value from IS and IT Investments (John Wiley Series in Information Systems) by John L. Ward & Elizabeth Daniel); a great many other readings; and my own thoughts and experiences.
